磷酸是一種中強(qiáng)酸，揮發(fā)性極低，因而磷酸溶液超聲波清洗過(guò)程中沒(méi)有傳統(tǒng)酸洗方式伴隨的嚴(yán)重酸氣污染問(wèn)題。目前清洗液中磷酸的回收利用率可達(dá)到85%以上，配置壓濾機(jī)后理論上僅清洗后的沖洗廢水需要處理（廢清洗液再生，壓濾后固體廢物排出存放、液體復(fù)用），排放廢水經(jīng)CaO中和后可達(dá)國(guó)家二級(jí)以上污水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，因而采用磷酸溶液超聲波清洗污染量很低。
